First Reconciliation

Our children receive the Sacrament of First Reconciliation in Year 3. Their journey begins in school and, each week, they will complete follow up activities at home with their parents/carers in preparation to receive their First Reconciliation.

First Holy Communion

Our children receive the Sacrament of First Holy Communion when they are in Year 4. Their sacramental preparation journey begins in school and, each week, they will complete follow up activities at home with their parents/carers in preparation to receive their First Holy Communion where they receive the Eucharist for the first time.

First Holy Communion Mass: Date TBC (May)

Confirmation

Our children prepare to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation in Year 6. This is usually done through family catechesis in church but for the past two years, our church’s family catechist, Mrs Flannery, has delivered these sessions in school where the children then have follow up activities to complete at home with a parent/carer to support them with their preparation journey.
